Meerkats- By Neesha

What they look like - Meerkats have grey and yellow fur. They have very sharp claws. Meerkats have dark brown stripes on their back and they are very skinny. Meerkats can grow about 30cm / 12 inches.

Where they live - Meerkats live in the Kalahari Desert. Meerkats usually live in places where there is a lot of sandy soil, where they can dig underground burrows.

What they eat - Meerkats are omnivores, that means that they eat animals and plants. They mostly eat insects, rodents, fruits, birds, eggs, lizards, and even poisonous scorpions .

Facts:

  •  Did you know that meerkats babysit other meerkats pups?

Cyber Smart: Smart Advertising

For Cybersmart we are learning about Tricks used in Advertising

This is my poster -

By-Neesha

There are heaps of tricks used in advertising to trick the viewer into buying products. This is not right nor fair to do this to people. Never believe in what you see online, on TV or in magazines, as it may not be real.
